We currently accept Credit Card, Debit Card, GCash, Bank Transfer, and COD payments via Paymongo. 

We use GoGo Xpress to ship your orders to you. 

For same day delivery,we use Lalamove to ship your orders to you. Your final bill does NOT include the shipping cost yet. We will email/message you with the cost of the delivery which will be paid for by the client.

RC Hotspot follows a process to ensure that your items arrive in the best condition. 

Delivery will be within 3-5 working days.

Yes, we do accept rush orders on the basis of availability.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails from us after you had made payment, please email us at admin@rchotspot.com to enquire.

If you would like to make changes to your order after you had submitted your order and made payment, please email your request to admin@rchotspot.com within the first 3 hours of payment. 

We would not be able to cancel or change your order once we had processed your order and mailed out your parcel.
